Vitark and the Vitark device are marks used by TLY Soft Private Limited. An application for registration is pending. The marks are not registered.
2. What Vitark is
Vitark is an Indian legal research platform. It searches a corpus of 1,04,83,352 judgments of the Supreme Court of India, 25 High Courts and tribunals, together with Indian statutory material, across 11 languages. Every answer it returns includes a reference to the source it was derived from.
Vitark is a legal database. It provides information, not legal advice, and it does not offer an opinion on the merits of any matter. It is not a substitute for a lawyer, and using it does not create a lawyer and client relationship with anyone.

We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours of receiving it and respond within one month.
You can raise a grievance about anything: a privacy concern, a request to correct or delete your information, a judgment that names someone it should not, an inaccurate output, or a billing dispute.
5. Reporting a problem with a judgment or an output
If an output cites a source that does not support it, or a judgment in our corpus names a person whose identity is protected by law, tell us at ask@vitark.ai with the case identifier. We treat protected-identity reports as urgent. Our full position is at Suppression and Redaction.
6. Source of our material
Judgments reproduced on Vitark are public records of Indian courts and tribunals. Statutory text is drawn from India Code. Summaries, commentary and the arrangement of results are the Company's own work.
