The rules, in full.
- Your first three queries
- Complimentary. 3 free queries when you sign up. No card needed.
- Credits are valid 12 months
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits within that window can be refunded under our Refund and Cancellation Policy. New top-ups don't extend the expiry of older batches.
- Refunds
- Refund requests within 7 days of charge are eligible. Unused credits are refunded pro-rata. Used credits are not refundable. Outside the 7-day window, refunds are at our discretion (typically granted for technical failure, billing error, or unauthorised use). Full process in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- To request a refund, email ask@vitark.ai from the email address registered on your account.
- In ChatGPT
- Checking your balance is free. Each research request uses Vitark credits, and one question in ChatGPT can involve more than one request.
